I have put together a simple, flexible offering that can be tailored to meet your individual needs. Sessions can be used to include a mix of whatever you need right now: traditional postpartum care, housekeeping, decluttering & organising, food & snack prep or even some plant and garden care. You might want to focus on getting prepared and set-up for baby’s arrival or some practical help and ideas on creating spaces in your home that will flow with your new daily rhythms.
The options listed below are varied and can be mixed and matched to best utilise my skills and knowledge in a way that meets your needs that day – think of it as a ‘Choose Your Own Adventure’ (Postpartum Edition)! Home visits are approx. 2.5hrs and designed to be used to best suit the season you are currently in – before baby arrives, the early tender weeks of postpartum or further months and years down the track.
At the end of the day, my goal is to help you reduce some of the mental and physical load of mothering and running a household so that you can access the pockets of rest you really need. Postpartum doesn’t end at 6 or 12 weeks; whatever the season you are in – you deserve good care. I can support you in areas such as:
